Festivities in Holly Land
- Ultra orthodox Children in Mea Shearim present their "mishlo'ah manot", their gifts to the other people, which is one of Purim customs cited in the Megillah. It is customary on this holiday to eat special triangular pastries filled with poppy seeds and called Haman's Ears, to express the joy of conquering evil.

Il est usuel ce jour là de manger des pâtisseries triangulaires spéciales, remplies de clous de girofle, appellés "Les oreilles d'Haman", pour exprimer la joie de conquérir le mal.
